Background

1. FEA Growers Group Inc. ('Association') has been incorporated as an association.
2. The members of the Association wish to confirm the purposes of the Association.

Purpose

---

1. To promote unity and co-ordination for members who hold investments in financial projects which FEA Plantations Limited (administrators appointed) is currently the responsible entity ('FEA Projects').
2. To assist members generally and keep them informed in order to protect their legal rights and realise the value which those legal rights may have.
3. To facilitate meetings with members to provide updates relating to the status of their projects, any legal proceedings in relation to their rights and to also seek their opinion on relevant issues.
4. To seek legal advice and representation on behalf of members who have invested in any or all of the FEA Projects.
5. To seek other financial or expert advice relevant to the members' interests in the FEA Projects.
6. To communicate on behalf of members with the administrators and/or receivers of the responsible entity and any other relevant stakeholders.
7. To provide an ongoing communication role to keep members and their financial advisers updated on the performance of their projects, any applicable legal advice and/or proceedings and any other relevant information.
8. To maintain a member website.
